This is the only one of our categories that can be won by companies or organisations rather than individuals. We broke the mould for this one, though, because it is such an important topic.
Because, as well as talent and commitment, successful leaders need to be equipped with the right skills to be able to give of their best. It is vital that, as an industry, we help to develop those skills – hence this award, which is designed to showcase the industry’s best management education and development initiatives.
The judges will be looking entries that shows a clear and declared commitment over a sustained period to:
- help leaders at every level reach their potential through training and development opportunities
- implement projects that are designed to develop skills, support innovation and leadership
- foster talent, thereby enhancing management effectiveness
