Our first annual LiPTA Presentation Ceremony will take place at lunchtime on

Timing

Doors open at 12 noon for networking during which there will be a cash bar in the VIP Lounge. Lunch begins at 1pm and will be followed by the presentation ceremony, which will finish by 4pm. The bar in the VIP Lounge will be open again after the ceremony until 5.30pm. The event finishes at 6pm.  

Afterwards, there’s no shortage of things to do at The O 2 London. As well as its huge variety of restaurants and bars, some of which have a theme such as  various types of football or  shuffleboard, beer pong and axe throwing. You can hunt for some bargains in the  outlet shopping centre, go  ten-pin bowling, dance and dine at  Mamma Mia! The Party or see a film in the  19-screen Cineworld. For something more active,  jump, climb and problem solve in an active gaming venue try  indoor skydiving or  walk across the famous domed roof of The O 2

Dietary requirements

Please let us know in plenty of time before the event if you have any dietary requirements. If you have not been contacted for dietary requirements, please give us a call on 0333 567 3470. Our caterers take allergen management seriously and prepare different food items separately to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. However, as they operate an open kitchen and handle a variety of ingredients, they cannot guarantee that any products are completely free from traces of allergens. Although any dietary requirements will have been passed on to the caterers, please speak to a member of staff on the day if you have any allergies or dietary requirements.


How to get there 

Getting to and from The O 2 is very easy – via London Underground’s Jubilee Line to North Greenwich, using the extensive bus network, across the river from the DLR on the IFS Cloud Cable Car or along the Thames from Central London using London River Services. Car parking is also available. Full details of the options available are on The O 2 website  here.

Parking can be reserved in Car Park 1, which is for events. The cost is £29.39 until three weeks before the event, rising to £35.28 and then to £40 on the day. The fee covers parking from 0700 to 2200.

Otherwise Car Parks 2, 3 and 4 are a bit nearer and are for general use by anyone going to The O 2. These car parks are charged at the following hourly rates: 0–2hrs £7; 2–4hrs £11; 4–6hrs £15; 6–9hrs £17; 9–12hrs £18; 12–14hrs £22; 14–18hrs £28; and 18–24hrs £52.
