On-time and on-budget delivery of infrastructure and other investments relies on good project management. The skills required to ensure that projects are delivered and work “out of the box” are wide-ranging. Leadership skills need to embrace team-working, immense technical knowledge and skill, and endless patience – plus lots and lots of stamina.
We want to hear about the people in your company or organisations who have led projects which
• Delivered positive benefits
• Whose design was of high quality
• Meets operator and client requirements
• Has proved to be fit for purpose
In particular, we’re looking for nominees who have:
• Met stated objectives
• Delivered as close as possible to timescales and budget
