Our ‘Unsung Heroes’ are those who keep the wheels turning against all the odds; no transport operator or organisation can do without them. So often, they slave away for years with no recognition save their own satisfaction in a service delivered and a job well done – whether they work for a transport operator, an authority or a infrastructure provider.
The judges will be looking for nominations of individuals from amongst the ranks of supervisors or junior managers who fulfil this role, and can demonstrate a record of long service and solid achievement.
