There’s no doubt that teams are responsible for delivering some of the best management outcomes in transport. Whether it’s a small crew delivering a specific project, or a wider management team focusing on business transformation, there is something very special about the team dynamic.
This explains why this category goes wider than single individuals to look for groups of two or more people who have worked closely together to address a particular issue or problem, or delivered a specified range of objectives.
The judges will be looking for a group that has delivered strong bonds and integrated working, innovative and unique approaches and have excelled in providing leadership, effective communication and the management of complex tasks.
We’re asking senior managers companies and organisations to nominate teams within their own organisation or with another with whom they work, who, in their view, qualify for this recognition.
